All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to Covid19 restrictions.

If the item is out of stock a store credit will be issued for the item purchase price excluding shipping fees. To receive a store credit for the item, AN EMAIL MUST BE SENT TO CCOLLECTION21@GMAIL.COM WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING ITEM.

IF AN ITEM IS SENT BACK TO C' COLLECTION IT MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN 72 HOURS OF THE DELIVERY DATE * ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN WITHOUT ANY DAMAGE, FREE OF ODOR STAINS AND MAKEUP WITH ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COST FOR ITEMS EXCHANGE. ONCE YOUR ITEM IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED THEY WILL BE CHECKED FOR APPROVAL OF EXCHANGE. ALL ITEMS THAT DO NOT MEET OUR POLICY REQUIREMENTS CAN BE SHIPPED BACK UPON THE CUSTOMER REQUEST.

  • How can I track my order?
    You will receive an order confirmation once you have been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number.
  • When will my order be shipped?
    Processing time is 1-2 business days. Delivery for domestic and international orders is 3-5 business days which includes processing time. *PLEASE NOTE that Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not included in business days*
  • I think my package was lost or stolen, what to do now?"
    C' Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once items are shipped, it is the responsibly of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered. NO REFUNDS will be issued for lost packages. We recommend purchasing signature confirmation shipping at checkout to avoid packages form being delivered without being signed for.
  • What happen if I forget to apply my coupon code?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to manually apply a discount to an order once its placed. However, the code can be applied to a future order if it is still valid.

  • What happens if I received a damaged item?
    Each item is shipped directly from our warehouse, directly from the manufacture, never worn or tried on. Once receive the items, they are inspected before being shipped out. However, we understand that defects happen. Please send us an photo email of the item the same day you receive the item with "defective item" as the subject line, and we will further assist you.
